National Conscience Party flags

The National Conscience Party (NCP) was formed in 1994 and declares itself as ‘people-focused, people-centered, people oriented, and people propelled’ and as a ‘Party for poor people’. The NCP has developed a 10-Care Programme which consists of: Employment Care; Food Care; Water Care; Health Care; Housing Care; Education Care; Electricity Care; Telecommunications Care; Transportation Care; Safety & Security Care.

Initially the party flew a vertical triband of black, blue and black.  This was later changed to vertical tricolour of red, white and blue prior to the elections in 2003.  No explanation of the colours or symbolism has been found.
